1.Playing Conditions

• Sign up and proceed with the step by step easy process to get the redeem eligibility.
• You can redeem a minimum & a maximum of 500 TD coins per day.
• TD coins can only be redeemed as Paytm cash. Paytm Account is mandatory for redemption
• Mobile number registered must be same in both Triviadice and paytm account.
• Do not refresh the page once you start playing the Quiz. Bear in mind that you will lose the game even if you refresh by mistake.
• There are No levels in any Quiz
• You can redeem you TD coins whenever you wish. There is NO date of expiry.

2.TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

We are not forcing anyone to participate in any special offer, it’s up to you whether you are interested in any offer or not.

• Only individuals 15 years or older and residing in India may enroll in the Triviadice.com and become Users.
• Triviadice.com allows only one account per User.
• Triviadice.com allows only one account per IP.
• Corporations or other business entities are not eligible to become Users.
• Triviadice User account and their rights to use are limited to one individual per Triviadice account.
• User expressly agrees that use of Triviadice is at User's sole risk.
• User agrees to provide only true and accurate information to Triviadice at all times.
• User agrees to comply with the terms of all Triviadice at all times.
• User agrees not to abuse Triviadice privileges by conduct which is detrimental to the interests of Triviadice.com.
• Triviadice.com shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of User account (including cancellation of TD wallet balance) shall be final and binding
• Triviadice TD coins can only be transferred to your respective Paytm wallet to which your mobile number is registered.
• Offers are subject to change at any time without notice.
• The amount of TD coins for any challenge is subject to change at any time without notice.

3.USER ACCOUNT

• An individual should not have multiple accounts on Triviadice. You can only have one account.
• Triviadice uses various mechanisms to identify if someone has multiple accounts.
• If identified, anyone attempts to create more than one account, and then Triviadice has the right to disable all accounts at any time without any notice.
• And balance left in Triviadice wallet at the time of disabling the account, will be cancelled and not be given to the user in any form.
• Your email address is protected from spam from Triviadice and will not be sold or exposed under any circumstances.
• User’s accounts/ TD coins are non-Transferable and may not be barter or sold.
• Other than registered email Id and contact number, user can edit/update their account information..
• User must keep your password secure. We shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account. If you have lost your password go to our recovery section - Forgot Password - where you can reset your password.

4.REFERRALS

• Users have option to bring in an unlimited number of referrals that can be obtained per account.
• The Credit of TD coins to your TD wallet for each reference will be done only after your referral’s sign up and successful phone number verification.

5.ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

• We are monitoring Triviadice.com, and all attempts to hack or cheat our system are being monitored and logged.
• Intent of Triviadice agreement, having multiple accounts, attempting to earn TD coins through other than legitimate channels, participating in purchasing or redemption fraud, or tampering with Triviadice referral links, etc. will result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.

6.LIABILITY

• Triviadice reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, in addition to games, TD coins, offers, benefits and rules.
• Triviadice also reserves the right to cancel its services any time without notice

7.ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

• Certain information about users will be stored confidentially in order to help identify cheaters.
• We reserve the right to suspend an account for a valid reason, including reasons not covered by a violation of the Terms of Service.
• We do not delete user accounts in any way for any reason.
• After 3months of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 4 months of inactivity.
• All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
• All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.

8.TERMINATION

• Triviadice.com reserves the right to terminate the Account of any User who appears to be using Triviadice in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement, the intent of this Agreement, or any Triviadice rules.
• At any time triviadice.com may terminate User's account with or without cause and user's wallet balance shall be cancelled.
• Termination of User's account by himself is effective upon user submitting a termination request by sending a mail to Triviadice. User may not earn any TD coins after termination.
